Scunthorpe United Reading Stars - Dan Freedman

We’ve held an amazing session with author Dan Freedman for our Scunthorpe United Reading Stars programme for our secondary schools.

One hundred and twenty year 7 and 8 pupils heard his amazing stories and asked fantastic questions about his career here at The Attis Arena.

Dan spoke about his amazing career, including being the first journalist embedded with the England mens football team and the many different careers available in and around football. This just happens to be the subject of his new book, 50 WAYS INTO FOOTBALL - DREAM JOBS ON AND OFF THE PITCH
